At CAKED BY GEMMA we have a high standard of food hygiene and have achieved a 5 star food hygiene rating following an inspection with our local environmental health officer.

All of our bakes contain CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN, EGG, MILK and SOYA.

All customers should be aware that we make all of our products in a kitchen that handles: CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN, EGG, MILK, SOYA, TREE NUTS, PEANUTS, CELERY, FISH, CRUSTACEANS, SESAME.

Although we take every precaution to avoid cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from these allergens. With this in mind we would advise anyone with any food allergies or intolerances to NOT consume any of our products.
